Terms and conditions

To reserve we require a minimum stay of three nights.

Check-in is possible from 14 to 22 hours the day of arrival.

Check out is by 11am on day of departure.

Rates include:

• Wi-Fi
• Full kitchen
• Bedroom
• Satellite tv
• Bathroom with complimentary toiletries
• The structure is smoking free
• Pets are not allowed

Rates do not include:

• tourist tax (1.50 € per person, for guests older than 18 years)
• room cleaning

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your booking within 60 days from the check-in date, no penalty will be charged.
• If you cancel your booking within 14 days from the check-in date, a penalty in the amount of 50% of the total cost of your stay will be charged.
• Cancellation beyond the limit of 14 of the check-in date, No show or early departure will result in a penalty equal to the total of the stay.
